Who we are

This website is operated by Relay Automation ("Relay", "we", "us"). You can contact us about privacy at relayautomationmn@gmail.com.

Information you send us

If you use the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, business name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, current website, the service you're interested in, the approximate monthly budget you are considering, your preferred contact method and your message.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. If you call us, we receive your phone number and anything you tell us or leave in a voicemail.

Please don't send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information through the form or by email.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and discuss a possible project.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you.

We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

How form submissions are handled

When you submit the quote form, your browser sends your details to Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email service, which forwards them to our email inbox. Our inbox is a Gmail account, so your request is also stored by Google as part of that account. This website does not store form submissions in its own database.

Web3Forms' documentation says it does not store form submissions, that its servers are in the United States, and that its server logs, which may include personal information such as IP addresses, are deleted periodically. See the Web3Forms website for its current privacy terms.

We keep your request in our email for as long as it's needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. If you'd rather not use the form, you can email or call us instead.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The interactive demos run entirely in your browser using fictional sample data, and nothing you type into them is sent to us.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

Business outreach

We may contact businesses using professional contact details the business has published itself. Every such message identifies us and explains how to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we won't contact that address again.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing relayautomationmn@gmail.com.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, for example by adding new tools to the website, we'll update this page.
